Hey, so what a way to start off a week. I don’t feel prepared at all for my exam, which is my fault so whatever. However, all my clothes are ruined, dingy, and blue because some asshole opened the washer while it was running and didn’t restart it. Everything was drenched. Workout Corner!
One thing I’ve gotten into these past few days is timing how long I can hold a squat. I try to hold it till I can’t any more, wait a little, then do it again. I noticed that not only do I improve on how long I can hold it, but how low I can go as well. Just a little tidbit I thought I’d share. :)
