So I’ve been really failing at this whole getting back into working out and eating well thing. I feel like no amount of working out can help my crappy diet right now. I don’t have money yet to buy my own food and my parents won’t buy healthier food so I’m stuck eating the unhealthy stuff they serve and I either eat a little to satisfy my calorie goals and starve or gorge and find myself in calorie hell. Can’t wait till I get paid next weekend. I hate being home from college for this reason.
Motivation help? Please?
