So I’ve been really failing at this whole getting back into working out and eating well thing. I feel like no amount of working out can help my crappy diet right now. I don’t have money yet to buy my own food and my parents won’t buy healthier food so I’m stuck eating the unhealthy stuff they serve and I either eat a little to satisfy my calorie goals and starve or gorge and find myself in calorie hell. Can’t wait till I get paid next weekend. I hate being home from college for this reason.

Hey everyone! I’m back from the never ending pit that was studying for exams and focusing on school. I can proudly say I’m back to eating healthy, working out, and doing what’s best for my health. I’ll be posting regularly again, which makes me soooo happy. These last few weeks have been pretty miserable with school and all. BUT I’m glad to be back and I hope you guys will continue to support me, I know I’ll be doing the same for you!
